Welcome to AlphaCore. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of alphacore-store.com and your purchase of products from AlphaCore Commerce (SASU, registered in France, SIREN 106816242, 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris).

By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

1. Products
We sell compression tanks and shirts exclusively for men and women. All products are brand new. Product images are for illustration purposes — minor color variations may occur due to screen settings.

2. Pricing & Currency
All prices are displayed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.

3. Payment
We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment is processed securely at the time of order.

4. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

5. Shipping
Standard shipping costs $4.95 for orders under $45.00. Free shipping applies to all orders of $45.00 or more. Estimated delivery times from the date of shipment:

  • United States: 4–6 business days
  • United Kingdom: 4–6 business days
  • Canada: 4–6 business days
  • Australia: 4–6 business days
  • New Zealand: 4–6 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control. AlphaCore is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes, particularly for orders shipped to the UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

6. Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. AlphaCore has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

7. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Return Policy below.

8. Limitation of Liability
AlphaCore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on alphacore-store.com (images, text, branding) is the property of AlphaCore Commerce and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the French courts, without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence.
