It defines the conditions under which customers may exercise their right to return and obtain a refund.   2. 45-Day Risk-Free Guarantee Try AlphaCore™ for 45 full days. If you are not satisfied — for any reason — we will refund you in full, no questions asked. As AlphaCore™ is a compression garment designed to be worn daily over a period of time to deliver its full benefits, refunds are available for both worn and unworn items within this 45-day window. To request a refund, contact us at support@alphacore-store.com with your order number, purchase date, and optionally a brief reason for your request.

  3. Refund Eligibility Worn or tested items: AlphaCore™ is made to be worn. You should try it to experience the results. Refunds are fully available for worn items within the 45-day trial period. Unworn items: Unworn items returned in their original packaging within 45 days of delivery are fully eligible for a refund. Defective or damaged items: If your AlphaCore™ arrives defective or damaged in transit, we will replace it or refund you in full — your choice — with no return required and no time limit.

  4. Return & Refund Process Once your refund request is received, our team will confirm it within 1 to 2 business days. For worn items, no return is required — you may keep the AlphaCore™. For unworn items you choose to return, ALPHACORE will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label. Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval, using the same payment method used at purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

  5. Non-Refundable Items The following are not eligible for a refund:

  • Requests made more than 45 calendar days after the delivery date
