1. Eligibility
You may request a return or refund within 45 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original condition
• The item is in its original packaging
• You provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

3. How to Initiate a Return
Contact us at support@alphacore-store.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

6. Exchanges
If you received the wrong size or a defective item, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. You are not required to return the original item.

7. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us at support@alphacore-store.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

8. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence (including the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, Australian Consumer Law, or equivalent legislation in Canada and New Zealand).
