Shipping policy
1. Scope This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on the ALPHACORE website (alphacore-store.com) for the purchase of AlphaCore™ compression tanks. It describes the conditions relating to order processing, shipping and delivery in our served regions.
2. Delivery Destinations ALPHACORE currently delivers to:
- United States
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Australia
- New Zealand
⚠️ Certain areas may be excluded due to logistical or regulatory constraints. Availability is confirmed at checkout.
3. Processing & Delivery Times
Order processing: Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times
- United States: 4 to 6 business days
- Canada: 4 to 6 business days
- United Kingdom: 4 to 6 business days
- Australia: 4 to 6 business days
- New Zealand: 4 to 6 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or depending on carrier conditions. ALPHACORE cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.
4. Shipping Costs Free shipping is included on all orders, regardless of destination or order value.
5. Order Tracking A shipping confirmation email is sent once your order has been dispatched. Tracking information is provided when available, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.
6. Delivery & Inspection Customers are responsible for checking the condition of their parcel upon delivery. In the event of an issue (damaged parcel, missing item or incorrect product), the customer must:
- Notify the carrier immediately
- Contact ALPHACORE within 48 hours at: support@alphacore-store.com
7. Delays, Loss or Non-Delivery If your order has not been received within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer service team. If the parcel is confirmed as lost:
- A replacement will be sent at no additional cost
- No refund will be issued if a reshipment is possible
8. Incorrect Address If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipping fees may apply.
9. Force Majeure ALPHACORE cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
