Shipping policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates
- Standard shipping: $4.95 for orders under $45.00
- Free shipping on all orders of $45.00 or more
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment, in business days:
- United States: 4–6 business days
- United Kingdom: 4–6 business days
- Canada: 4–6 business days
- Australia: 4–6 business days
- New Zealand: 4–6 business days
These are estimates and not guarantees. Occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes, carrier issues, or customs processing.
4. Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
5. Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside of France, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. AlphaCore has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
6. Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of your estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@alphacore-store.com and we will investigate immediately.
7. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. AlphaCore is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@alphacore-store.com — we will do our best to update it before shipment.
